Like most investments, your low voltage landscape lighting system requires regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure lasting enjoyment and optimal performance.
Greg Tanzer Sprinklers and Outdoor Design will service any low voltage lighting system, even if we did not install it. Our service experts are on hand to satisfy your ever changing lighting needs.
Whether it is for minor adjustments due to shrub growth, bulb outages, wiring problems or because technology with lighting is evolving and changing all the time, we will provide you with the best solutions for your individual needs. We are committed to proficiently troubleshoot and repair any problems that may occur using the most current, state of the art equipment.
If your outdoor lighting is not working properly we will send an experienced service technician to evaluate and repair it with a service call. One service call equals up to one man hour. If your repair can not be accomplished within the one hour time frame, we will schedule another appointment with the proper amount of time needed to complete the repair.
We offer an annual service contract which includes a spring and a fall check up. During the checkups we straighten, adjust and clean fixtures, verify all parts are working properly, and bury any exposed wire to prevent damage. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
